Post-partum to Bodybuilding
After giving birth to my first born, 5 months post-partum I decided I wanted to make a change. To look in the mirror and wonder where my pre-partum body had gone, that's when I slowly began exercising and joined a local gym.
The feelings I had when entering the gym, I felt self-conscious, embarrassed, worried about how to do the exercises itself and the thought of standing in the weight room surrounded by men.
So, guess what, we all start somewhere. Over the years of self-development in my health and fitness journey I've realised that you won’t have it all in one go. It takes time for the body to adapt and get used to new surroundings, so I completely understand as I have been there myself.
Through consistency and putting myself in the positions I did, I grew confident in my own skin and I am in the best shape of my life now. So, when I say I’ve been there, I have.

At the start of my health and fitness journey, after some progress, I decided I wanted to make it my career.
I am an experienced fully qualified and insured personal trainer who uses an evidence-based approach proven to get you the best results.
Over the years since becoming qualified I have worked with both male and female clients in person and online using my knowledge in nutrition and weight management to help them on their journeys.
My own personal development took place in 2016 where I began my very own health and fitness journey, from 2019 onwards I moved onto winning bodybuilding titles.
My qualifications to date are as follows: Level 2 fitness instructing, level 3 diploma personal training
